be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan

APPLICATION FOR A WATER RACE
NOEL FELIX MANSON and TERENCE GEORGE MANSON, of
Paerau, farmers, give notice that they have applied to the
Warden of the Otago Mining District at Cromwell for a
licence for a water race to divert four heads of water from
the Taieri River. The race commences in the Taieri River,
700 yards from most south-easterly corner of Run 308Ⅱ
and 60 yards from Loganburn Ford Road, runs in a north-
westerly direction along a back wash for 600 yards through
unalienated Crown land and Run 308Ⅰ to a pumping site;
thence in a north-easterly direction by means of a pipeline
across the Loganburn Ford Road into Run 308Ⅱ; thence in a
northerly direction through Run 308Ⅱ to the terminal point
half a mile north of the Loganburn Ford Road. The appli-
cation will be heard at the Warden’s Court, Cromwell, at
10 a.m. on the 2nd day of April 1968. Objections must be
filed in the Registrar’s office and notified to applicants at
least three days before the time so appointed.

JOHN DOUGLAS MORGAN, of St. Bathans, hereby gives notice
that he has applied to the Warden’s Court at Cromwell under
application No. 21/1968 for a licence for a water race out of
an unnamed creek in Section 95, Block I, St. Bathans Survey
District, thence through Sections 88 and 42 and 48 of the
said block, for 2 heads of water for irrigation and stock water.
The said sections being freehold and Crown leasehold land
owned and occupied by the applicant and the estate of J. McK.
Morgan.
The application will be heard at the Warden’s Court, Crom-
well, at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, the 2nd day of April 1968, and
all objections to the application must be filed in the said
Court and served on the applicant at least three clear days
prior to the hearing.

gives notice that he has applied to the Warden’s Court at
Cromwell under application No. 27/1968 for a licence for
a water race pumped out of the Taieri River at a point
approximately 100 yards east of the western boundary of
Section 8, Block XV, Maniototo Survey District; thence south-
east for half a mile in the said Section 8; thence east-south-
east for approximately three-quarters of a mile through
Section 9 across the Waipiata-Kokonga Road into Section 1,
Block XV, Maniototo Survey District, and terminating in the
said Section 1, all the said land being freehold and leasehold
land owned or occupied by the applicant.
The application will be heard at the Warden’s Court, Crom-
well, at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 2 April 1968, and all objections
to the application must be filed in the said Court and served
on the applicant at least three clear days prior to the hearing.

extension of time in which to complete the legal formalities
regarding the work in respect of the taking of land for road,
the stopping of those portions of road, and the severances
referred to in Survey Office Plan No. 5391, notice of which
work was first published in the Central Hawke’s Bay Press, at
Waipukurau, on the 21st day of February 1967, and which
was published in the Gazette on the 23rd day of February
1967.
