Notifying the Exchange of Permanent State Forest Land in
the Nelson Land District for Other Land
NOTICE is hereby given that the area described in the First
Schedule hereto has been acquired as permanent State forest
land by way of exchange for the area described in the Second
Schedule hereto, pursuant to section 22 of the Forests Act
1949.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY—
WAIMA COUNTY
Description of Area Acquired
Lot 2, D.P. 7064, being part Section 169, Square 6 and part
Sections 21 and 22, Block VI, Wai-iti Survey District: Area,
140 acres 1 rood 33 perches, more or less; as shown on
plan No. S 19/5 deposited in the Head Office of the New
Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY—
WAIMA COUNTY
Description of Area Exchanged
Lot 1, D.P. 7057, being part Section 1, Block IX, Wai-iti
Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 2c, folio 22:
Area, 63 acres and 23 perches, more or less.
As shown on plan No. S 19/6 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon
edged red.
Dated at Wellington this 19th day of February 1968.

Notice of Final Decision of New Zealand Geographic Board re
Assigning of Place Names
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 12 of the New Zealand Geo-
graphic Board Act 1946, notice was given on the 7th day of
September 1967 of the intention of the New Zealand Geo-
graphic Board to assign the names set out in the Schedule
attached to the said notice; and whereas, pursuant to section
13 of the said Act, no objections have been received to such
of the proposed names as are set out in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, pursuant to sections 14 and 15 of the said
Act, notice is hereby given that the names set out in the
Schedule hereto are final decisions of the Board and that
such decisions will take effect on the 7th day of March 1968.
Plans showing the location of the features may be inspected
at the office of the Chief Surveyor for the Department, or at
the office of the Secretary of the Board.
