of section 91 of the Government Railways Act 1949, the
Minister of Railways has appointed Mr Norman Sydney
Rogers, Senior Industrial Officer, Industrial Division, General
Manager's Office, Wellington, as a member of the Government
Railways Appeal Board from and including 23 March
1968 until and including 22 March 1970 in all appeals by or
against employees in the New Zealand Government Railways.

Declaring Land no Longer Subject to the Provisions of the
Iron and Steel Industry Act 1959
Pursuant to the Iron and Steel Industry Act 1959, the
Minister of Mines hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared
to be no longer subject to the provisions of the Iron and
Steel Industry Act 1959.

All that area of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing by way of admeasurement 15 acres 1 rood 28.3
perches of land, more or less, being parts of allotments 116
and 121, Parish of Waiuku East situated in Block XIII, Awhitu
Survey District, being more particularly delineated on plan
S.O. 45648 deposited in the Head Office of the Mines Department, Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road and for Better Utilisation in
