A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto and the portions of road described
in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the
Christchurch Northern Motorway (Belfast-Pinehaven Section),
and that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for road diversion in connection therewith.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and
shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 26th day of February 1968.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto,
being an area vested in the Otago Education Board as a site
for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting
the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
