Land Taken for Road and for a Recreation Ground in
Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that
the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day
of February 1968.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0.7 of a perch situated
in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland
R.D., being part Lot 81, Deeds Plan Whau 14, being part
Allotment 4, Parish of Waipareira; coloured yellow on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres and 23.6 perches
situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, North
Auckland R.D., being part Lot 81, Deeds Plan Whau 14,
being part Allotment 4, Parish of Waipareira; coloured
yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 21901 (S.O. 45342) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 25th day of January 1968.

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
