NOTICE is hereby given that, at a general meeting of the
company, duly convened and held on the 28th day of November
1968, the following special resolution was duly passed:
'That the company be wound up voluntarily for the reason
that the operations of the company have become redundant
and the objects for which the company was formed do not
now exist.'

    PURSUANT to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, and
    in the matter of Factory Engineering Services Ltd. (in receivership)-whereas Factory Engineering Services (in receivership) has, on 6 December 1968, by entry in its minute book,
    passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, notice is
    hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the company
    will be held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act
    1955, in the Theatrette, Paine Bros. Building, 312 Great
    South Road, Otahuhu, on Monday, 16 December 1968, at
    2.30 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position
    of the company's affairs, together with a list of the creditors
    and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before
    the meeting; and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance
    of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to
    be liquidator of the company, and, in pursuance of section
    286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

    of New Zealand dated the 25th day of November 1968 confirming the reduction of the capital of the abovenamed
    company from $44,000.00 to $6,000.00 and the minute approved
    by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above
    Statute were registered by the District Registrar of Companies
    at Auckland on the 2nd day of December 1968. AND NOTICE IS
    FURTHER GIVEN that the said minute is in the words and figures following:
    "The capital of Alfred Monk Limited is $6,000.00 divided into 6,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $1.00 each, having
    been reduced from $44,000.00 divided into 44,000 ordinary
    shares of $1.00 each fully paid."
