Law Practitioners Act 1955

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is hereby
given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand
Law Society, on the 8th day of November 1968, ordered
that the name of Harold Jowett be restored to the Roll of
Solicitors, subject to the condition that he shall not practise
as a solicitor on his own account, whether in partnership
or otherwise, until authorised by the Disciplinary Com-
mittee to do so.

The Standards Act 1965-Draft New Zealand Standard
Specification

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards
Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft
New Zealand standard specification is being circulated.

D 9758, Flat pallets for materials handling. (Revision of
NZS 2010:1965.)

All persons who may be affected by this specification and
who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain
copies on loan from the Standards Association of New
Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 17 February

ment Board Amendment Act 1967, for the following goods:

Reserve Bank of New Zealand

PURSUANT to section 33 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand
Act 1964, the Reserve Bank, acting with the approval of the
Minister of Finance, hereby gives notice that, as at the close of
business on 11 December 1968, and until further notice, bal-
ances to be maintained in the Reserve Bank by each trading
bank shall be equal to an amount which, when added to that
bank's holdings of Reserve Bank notes as disclosed in that
bank's latest available weekly return of Banking Statistics
under the Statistics Act 1955, will be not less than the ag-
gregate of:

12 percent of that bank's demand deposits in New Zealand
plus 3 percent of that bank's time deposits in New Zealand
as shown in the last preceding monthly return furnished by
that bank in accordance with section 31 of the Reserve Bank
of New Zealand Act 1964.
