Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rotorua County Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for water conservation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua, in trust, for that purpose. Subject to the water rights created by grant of easement, Volume 5c, folio 663.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Section 19, Block XIII, Ruawahia Survey District: area, 7 acres 1 rood 21 perches, more or less. (S.O. 39208.)

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the reserve for road purposes described in the First Schedule hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Infected Areas Declared Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 10357)

PURSUANT to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, notice is hereby given that the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.

PURSUANT to the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, notice is hereby given that the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto have been declared infected areas for the purposes of the said regulations.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Patumahoe Hotel, Patumahoe

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee, on 22 November 1968, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Patumahoe Hotel, Patumahoe, for sale of liquor to the public as follows:

Mondays to Thursdays inclusive, open at 9 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

Fridays and Saturdays, open at 11 a.m. and close at 10 p.m.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Invercargill Licensing Trust

PURSUANT to subsection 10 of section 34B of the Licensing Trusts’ Act 1949, as inserted by section 3 (1) of the Licensing Trusts’ Amendment Act 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Invercargill Licensing Trust at a meeting on 28 November 1968 passed the following resolution:

“As no objections had been received to the proposed variation, that the existing opening hours at Deschler’s Hotel on Fridays be changed to 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., being the same hours observed on other days of the week, and that the Secretary for Justice be advised accordingly with a view to the change being gazetted.”
