District; thence along the southern boundary generally of
Section 2 aforesaid to the north-western boundary of Section
10, Block XIII, Rotorua Survey District; thence along the
north-western boundaries of the said Section 10, and Section
4, Block I, Horohoro West Survey District, to the north-
eastern boundary of section 106, Blocks VIII and VII, Patetere
North-east Survey District; thence along the north-eastern
boundary of the said Section 106 to the south-eastern corner

more particularly shown on S.O. Plan 44078 lodged in the
office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon edged
red.

As shown on plan No. N 76/2 deposited in the Head
Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington
and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 2nd day of December 1968.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby
(a) declares the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) stops the said road.

Pursuant to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Whakatane, and be under the control and management of
the Whakatane Borough Council.
