Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a water and drainage reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Nelson City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Councils reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for scenic purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

KANIERE SCENIC RESERVE
PART Reserve 1177, situated in Block XV, Kaniere Survey District: Area, 533 acres 1 rood, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/176, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red (S.O. Plan 5384).

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land referred to in that notice is now subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1968, No. 7.
  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
  3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the lands referred to in that notice are subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and whereas by subsequent orders of the Maori Land Court certain of those lands have been partitioned and it is therefore desired to replace the notice aforesaid by a further notice referring to the lands under the current appellations. Now therefore pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1968, No. 16.
  2. The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
  3. This notice is issued in replacement of the notice referred to in the First Schedule which is hereby revoked.
