vests the said area of land measuring 1 rood 34 perches in
Tauranga Harbour Board.
The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make
such entries in his register as are necessary to give effect
to this order.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council
specified in the Schedule hereto, authorising the Riccarton
Borough Council to erect electric lines in the Borough of
Riccarton and portions of the Christchurch City and Waimairi
County, by further extending the duration of the said Order
in Council until the 28th day of May 1969.
