Exceeding $1.55 and up to $3.10 . . . . . . . Increase by 20 cents
Exceeding $3.10 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Increase by 30 cents

The rates and charges set out in sections 72 to 134 inclusive, with the exceptions indicated hereafter,
are increased by up to 7½ percent.

Exceptions—The rates and charges embodied in the following sections are not increased.
