The lands described in paragraphs 1 to 10 (both inclusive)
above are situated in Tiro Tiro Road and Grenville Street
in the Levin Borough, and the lands described in paragraphs
11 to 15 are situated in Tiro Tiro Road in the County of
Horowhenua.

NORTHLAND HARBOUR BOARD

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Northland Harbour Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $122,000 to be raised by the Northland Harbour
Board under the above-mentioned Act, and in terms of the
Whangarei Harbour Board Vesting and Empowering Act 1961,
for harbour works and other purposes, the Northland
Harbour Board hereby makes a special rate of 0.0358449 of
a cent in the dollar on the rateable value of all rateable
property in the Whangarei Harbour district; and that the
special rate should be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 31st day
of March in each and every year during the currency of
the loan, being a period of 19 years or until the loan is
fully paid off.”

The aforementioned resolution was passed at the ordinary
meeting of the Northland Harbour Board held on the 7th
day of November 1968.

HUTT COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Wainuiomata Sewerage Reticulation to Boundaries
Redemption Loan 1968, $32,000

I certify that the Hutt County Council passed the following
resolution at its meeting on 7 November 1968:

“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges
on a loan of $32,000, authorised to be raised by the Hutt
County Council under the above-mentioned Act for repay-
ing part of the Wainuiomata Sewerage Reticulation (Exten-
sion to Boundaries) Loan 1958, $120,000, which matures on
1 February 1969, the Hutt County Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of decimal nought nine (.09) cents
in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable
property in the No. 56 special rating area of Wainuiomata
Riding of the County of Hutt; and that the special rate
shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of
the loan and be payable on 1 April in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years,
or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Wellington City Lombard Street Parking Building
Supplementary Loan 1968, of $11,700

THE following resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Wellington City Council held on the 13th day of November
1968:

“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of eleven thousand seven hundred dollars ($11,700)
to be known as the Wellington City Lombard Street Park-
ing Building Supplementary Loan 1968, of $11,700, author-
ised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the
above-mentioned Act for the purpose of completing the
purpose for which the Lombard Street Parking Building
Loan 1965, of $572,000, was sanctioned, the Wellington
City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought
nought one of a cent (.001c) in the dollar on the rateable
value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable
property within the whole of the City of Wellington; and
that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of such loan and shall be payable yearly
on the 1st day of April in each year during the currency of
the said loan, being a period of thirty-five (35) years or
until the loan is fully paid off.”
