CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 10th day of May 1968 and published in Gazette, 16 May 1968, No. 28, p. 803, defining the boundaries of the County of Waitomo and Tangitu Riding of County of Waitomo, in the second column on p. 803 delete the words “to the westernmost corner of Lot 12, D.P. 7297; thence easterly along a right line to the easternmost corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua 25B Block, being a point on the eastern boundary of Tarapounamu A. 6 Block”, and substitute the words “to the westernmost corner of Tarapounamu A. 5; thence easterly along a right line to the south-western corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua 26B, as shown on M.L. 8389; thence easterly along the southern boundary of that block to the eastern boundary of Tarapounamu A. 6”.

CORRIGENDUM (Notice No. Ag. 10335)

In the Schedule to the Order in Council “Local agricultural pest declaration 1968” (notice No. Ag. 10256) published in the Gazette of 4 July 1968, No. 42, p. 1120, setting out those pest destruction districts in which the hare is declared a local agricultural pest, for Hawea County read Hawera County.

Dated at Wellington this 12th day of November 1968.

CORRIGENDUM

In the Schedule to the notice dated the 26th day of July 1968 and published in Gazette, 1 August 1968, No. 48, p. 1290, defining the boundaries of the Borough of Alexandra, County of Vincent, and the Dunstan and Earnscleugh Ridings of County of Vincent, under the heading “Boundaries of County of Vincent” delete the expression “Otago Land District”, and substitute the expression “Otago and Southland Land District”.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Hawke’s Bay Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke that part of the Proclamation issued on the 5th day of March 1957*, declaring the area of land in the Hawke’s Bay Acclimatisation District described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purpose of the Wildlife Act 1953.

SCHEDULE

TE MATA Park; Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 4149, being parts Havelock Suburban Sections 44 and 49, and part Block 9, Te Mata Crown Grant District, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Te Mata Survey District, and Block IV, Kidnapper Survey District: area, 242 acres and 35 perches, more or less.

As the same is shown on plan marked I.A. 52/307 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of November 1968.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY—
WALLACE COUNTY

PART Section 16, Block XX, Jacobs River Hundred: area, 4 acres 2 roods 7 perches, more or less; formerly part of the area included in old mining claims 11 and 12, S.O. plan 2445. As shown on plan No. S. 176/2 deposited in the Head Office, New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of November 1968.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
