Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution and of
Appointment of Liquidator

In the matter of section 268 of the Companies Act 1955 and
of Te Akau Farm Services Ltd. (in receivership), notice is
hereby given that, by special resolution, passed under section
362 of the Companies Act 1955, it was resolved:

"That the company having disposed of its business, it is
advisable to wind up, and that accordingly the company be
wound up voluntarily; and that Kenneth Bowker be appointed
liquidator of the company for the purpose of winding up its
affairs and distributing its assets".

IN RECEIVERSHIP

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding-up and of
Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of Gibson Brothers Furnishers Ltd. (in receivership), notice
is hereby given, pursuant to section 284, that a meeting of
Gibson Brothers Furnishers Ltd. (in receivership) will be
held on the 12th day of November 1968, at which a resolu-
tion for voluntary winding up is to be proposed.

And that a meeting of the creditors of the company will
be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955,
at the Old Folks Hall, Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui,
on the 12th day of November 1968, at 2 p.m., at which
meeting a full statement of the position of the company's
affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated
amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting; and
at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285
of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator
of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said
Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.
