Declaring Trustees to be a Leasing Authority

At the Government House at Wellington, this 4th day of November 1968
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 235A of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the Trustees of the Maori freehold land described in the schedule hereto, are a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies Leases Act, 1908.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District, containing 44 acres 3 roods 3 perches named Te Ti B being all the land comprised in a Partition Order of the Maori Land Court dated the 21st day of December 1966.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
(a) declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) stops the said road.

Declaring Natural Water to be of National Importance

PURSUANT to section 23 of the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the natural water described in the Schedule hereto to be of national importance.
SCHEDULE
- The waters of the Fork Stream.
- The waters in Lake Tekapo, Lake Pukaki, and Lake Ohau.
- The waters flowing from Lake Tekapo, Lake Pukaki, and Lake Ohau, whether in their natural channels or in artificial channels, to the points where they discharge into Lake Benmore.

The Tataraimaka Cemetery Closing Order 1968

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of March 1968
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Tataraimaka Cemetery Closing Order 1968.
- It is hereby directed that the Tataraimaka Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued after the 30th day of September 1968.
- As from the 30th day of September 1968 the control and management of the closed Tataraimaka Cemetery shall vest in the Taranaki County Council.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District containing 2 acres and 28 perches, more or less, being part Section 19, Tataraimaka District, Block II, Cape Survey District, comprised in deeds index, Volume 14, folio 258, Taranaki Registry.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the 7th day of September 1932, and published in Gazette, 8 September 1932, Vol. III, page 1974, an area of Crown land was vested, subject to the conditions set forth in the said Order in Council, in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Dunedin for tree-planting purposes, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1926.
