Lieutenant-Colonel John Francis Spring, M.B.E., is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, in the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 7 November 1968.

Major D. R. Kenning, M.B.E., to be acting Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 21 October 1968.

Matron-in-Chief D. I. Milne, R.R.C., E.D., Retired List, is appointed Colonel Commandant, RNZNC, for a period of 2 years, in succession to Principal Matron C. McDonald R.R.C., Retired List, whose term has expired. Dated 1 September 1968.

Charge Sister Priscilla Aiken Robinson is posted to the Retired List. Dated 14 October 1968.

Celeste McCoy is granted a short-service commission for a period of 2 years in the rank of Sister, with seniority from 27 December 1967, and is attached to the Royal New Zealand Navy. Dated 27 September 1968.

Major C. M. Douglas, having reached retiring age for rank, is transferred to the Supernumerary List and re-engaged until 31 October 1971. Dated 1 November 1968.
