Lieutenant-Colonel John Francis Spring, M.B.E., is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, in the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 7 November 1968.
Major D. R. Kenning, M.B.E., to be acting Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 21 October 1968.
Major (acting Lieutenant-Colonel) D. R. Kenning, M.B.E., to be temp. Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 29 October 1968.
Lieutenant R. G. Baldwin to be temp. Captain. Dated 25 July 1968.
Lieutenant N. A. Bradley to be temp. Captain. Dated 25 July 1968.
The short-service commission of 2nd Lieutenant D. T. Weston is hereby converted to long-service in his present rank and seniority. Dated 14 October 1968.

Charge Sister Priscilla Aiken Robinson is posted to the Retired List. Dated 14 October 1968.
Celeste McCoy is granted a short-service commission for a period of 2 years in the rank of Sister, with seniority from 27 December 1967, and is attached to the Royal New Zealand Navy. Dated 27 September 1968.
