CORRIGENDUM

Staff of His Excellency the Governor-General

WITH reference to the notice published in the Gazette, 11 January 1968, No. 1, page 9, under sub-heading “Honorary Physicians/Surgeons”, the notice relating to Lieutenant Colonel James Frederick Moodie is hereby amended to read:

“Lieutenant Colonel James Frederick Moodie, M.B.E. M.C., E.D., M.B., CH.B., M.R.C.P.(EDIN.), Royal New Zealand Army Medical Corps (Honorary Physician).”

which now agrees with the original appointment approved by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Altering the Boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay and King Country Electric Power Districts

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay and King Country Electric Power Districts by excluding the area described in the Schedule hereto from the King Country Electric Power District and including the said area in the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power District.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Taupo County, situated in Blocks VII and XI, Tarawera Survey District, containing 15 square miles, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of the Waipunga River and the eastern boundary of Block XI, Tarawera Survey District, and proceeding generally westerly up the middle of the Waipunga River to a point in line with the southern side of a roadway in Tarawera A, Residue No. 1, thence westerly to and along that southern side and its production to the north-western side of the old Taupo road; thence south-westerly along that side and the north-western side of the Kowaro Roadway to the north-eastern boundary of part Tarawera No. 8, thence north-westerly along that boundary to the western boundary of Block XI, Tarawera Survey District, thence northerly, easterly, and southerly along that boundary, the western, northern,

and eastern boundaries of Block VII and the eastern boundary of Block XI, Tarawera Survey District, to the point of commencement; as the area is more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 751, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of February 1968.

Declaring Service Lanes to be Vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau and to be Under the Control and Management of the Manukau City Council

At the Government House at Wellington this 23rd day of January 1968

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the service lanes described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau and be under the control and management of the Manukau City Council.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
