OTAGO CATCHMENT BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING AND LEVYING SPECIAL RATE
Office Building Loan 1968—$50,000
Pursuant to the Local Authorities' Loans Act 1956, the Otago Catchment Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $50,000 authorised to be raised by the Otago Catchment Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of meeting part of the cost of erecting a new office building, the said Otago Catchment Board hereby makes a special rate of decimal nought nought one six cents (.0016c) in the dollar ($) upon the rateable capital value of all rateable property of the Otago Catchment District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years or until the loan is fully paid off.
The foregoing resolution was passed at a special meeting of the Otago Catchment Board held on the 18th day of October 1968.

LAKE ROTOAIRA
DAILY LIMIT FOR TROUT FISHING
In the matter of the Rotoaira Trout Fishing Regulations 1959, notice is hereby given, pursuant to Regulation 26 of the above regulations that the trustees of Lake Rotoaira have increased the daily limit that a person may continue to fish for from 8 to 10 trout, such change to be effective on the day following the date of publication of this notice.

NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL
Pursuant to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Petone, taken on 12 October 1968, on the proposal of the Petone Borough Council to raise a loan of $50,000 to be known as the Land Purchase Loan No. 3 1967 for the purpose of purchasing land in the industrial zone of the Borough with a view to amalgamating titles resulted as follows:
Votes recorded for the proposal were .... 1321
Votes recorded against the proposal were ... 482
Informal votes were ... 41
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
WARKWORTH ANGLICAN BURIAL GROUND BILL
Notice is hereby given that the General Trust Board of the Diocese of Auckland proposes to introduce a Private Bill to the House of Representatives to promote the uplifting of the trust created by conveyance No. 6772B as to Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 59867, Parish of Mahurangi, so that the Warkworth Anglican Burial Ground may be divided upon deposit in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland, of a plan of subdivision of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 59867, Parish of Mahurangi, into two parts, one such part as yet unused for interments of the dead to be used for residential purposes, and the other part to remain as a burial ground.
Further, upon the deposit of the plan of subdivision aforementioned, all unpaid rates levied by the Warkworth Town Council for the years 1964-65, 1965-66, 1966-67, and 1967-68 upon Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 59867, Parish of Mahurangi, shall be remitted.
The address for service of any communications or notices in relation hereto shall be at the offices of Messrs Hesketh and Richmond, Solicitors, Norwich Union Building, Queen Street, Auckland 1.
Copies of the Bill are available to the public for inspection without fee during normal office hours at the offices of Messrs Hesketh and Richmond, solicitors, Norwich Union Building, Queen Street, Auckland 1.
