Withdrawal of Narcotics Prohibition in Respect of a
Registered Medical Practitioner

PURSUANT to regulations 21 and 35 of the Narcotics Regulations 1966, I, Donald Norman McKay, Minister of Health,
do hereby revoke the notice dated the 26th day of February 1964, and published in the Gazette on the 19th day of March
1964, p. 489, whereby the licence of Douglas McKelvie Jack, registered medical practitioner, of 2 Jervois Road, Auckland,
to deal in narcotics was revoked and the said medical practitioner was prohibited from issuing prescriptions for the
dispensing of narcotics.
