At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 21st day of October 1968

THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Milk Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Rodney Milk Supply Approval Order 1968.

    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

  2. The association of milk producers known as the Warkworth Co-op. Milk Producers Ltd. is hereby approved as the supply association for the Rodney milk district, which was constituted by the Milk Districts Order 1968.

Member of Pest Destruction Boards Appointed

(Notice No. Ag. 10326)

Pursuant to section 31 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby appoints

David Thomas Hurst

being an inspector appointed under Part III of the said Act, to be a member of the Thames County and Coromandel County Pest Destruction Boards, vice W. L. Stringer transferred.

Appointing Honorary Welfare Officer Under the Maori Welfare Act 1962

Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Whangarei Appointed

Pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister of Labour hereby appoints the following persons to be the Port Conciliation Committee for the Port of Whangarei for the term of 1 year expiring on the 31st day of May 1969:

Appointment of Officers Under the Child Welfare Act 1925

Pursuant to section 2 of the Child Welfare Act 1925, the Minister of Education hereby appoints

Appointment of Members of Albany Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints George Alexander Knox to be a member of the Albany Domain Board, North Auckland Land District, in place of Walter Allan Durey, resigned; and, further, increases the total number of members of the said Albany Domain Board from seven to nine and appoints

Ronald Herman Hartley Gabolinscy and William Thomas McMullen

as the additional members of the Board.
