Authorising Brian Mellor Blundell, Retired, of Tuna Bay to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 21st day of October 1968 Present:
THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Brian Mellor Blundell, retired, of Tuna Bay (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS

  1. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, shall be incorporated in, and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
    LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
  2. This licence is issued under the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and is subject thereto, and to the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and to all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
    SYSTEM OF SUPPLY
  3. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be an alternating-current system.
    DURATION OF LICENCE
  4. Unless sooner lawfully determined, this licence shall continue in force until the 31st day of March 1989, or until a supply of electricity is available from an electric power board or other public source of supply, whichever is the earlier.
    SCHEDULE
    LINES for the supply of electrical energy by the system of supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee's generator and proceeding in an easterly direction across a public road to a house and garage, the said lines being more particularly shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 767, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

    Further Extending the Duration of Licences Authorising the Tauranga Electric Power Board to Use Electric Lines within the Tauranga Electric Power District and Outer Area of Such District

    At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 21st day of October 1968 Present:
    THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
    PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Orders in Council specified in the Schedule hereto, authorising the Tauranga Electric Power Board to use electric lines, by further extending the duration of the said Orders in Council until the 20th day of April 1969; the duration of the said Orders in Council having been extended until the 20th day of October 1968, by Order in Council dated the 15th day of July 1968, and appearing in the Gazette on the 25th day of the same month, p. 1235.

    Amending a Licence Authorising "Te Mara" Guest House Ltd., Kenepuru Sound, Marlborough, to Use Water for the Purpose of Generating Electricity, and to Erect and Use Certain Electric Lines

    At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 21st day of October 1968 Present
    THE RIGHT HON. J. R. MARSHALL PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
    PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated the 25th day of January 1967, authorising "Te Mara" Guest House Ltd., Kenepuru Sound, Marlborough, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity, and to erect and use certain electric lines, by deleting reference to "Te Mara" Guest House Ltd. wherever it appears therein, and substituting the words "Albert Harkerss Ltd."

    PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto to be Government road, and stops the said road.

    HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
    ALL those portions of road situated in Block V, Takapau Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

    Validating Reclamation of Endowment Foreshore in Bluff Harbour

    PURSUANT to sections 175 and 265 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby validates the reclamation by Southland Harbour Board made from endowment foreshore in Bluff Harbour, of the land containing 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being Section 13, Block XXIII, Town of Campbelltown, and shown edged red on S.O. Plan 6844, now numbered M.D. 13146 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.
