Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land referred to in that notice is now subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release certain of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1968, No. 1.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
