Reservation of Land and Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the White’s Bay Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the White’s Bay Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land referred to in that notice is now subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release certain of that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1968, No. 4.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto certain lands referred to therein as Kareponia No. 2A, Section 3A, and Kareponia No. 2A, Section 3B, were declared subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the appellations of the said lands were changed by a subsequent order of the Maori Land Court and now form part of a single title; and whereas it is desired to release the said lands from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1968, No. 1.

  2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the lands described therein as Kareponia No. 2A, Section 3A, and Kareponia No. 2A, Section 3B.
