A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of October 1968.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VII, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., described as follows:

6 1 11 Part Lot 1, D.P. 7420, being part Agricultural Sections 40, 41, and 42, Pukahu, and part closed road; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22575 (S.O. 5810) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedules hereto is hereby taken for water conservation purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Whangarei from and after the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect from and after the 28th day of October 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 30 acres 1 rood 28.6 perches situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 56, Whangarei Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22642 (S.O. 45691) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
