Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the
land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is closed and shall vest in William Anderson, of Charteris Bay, farmer, and Margaret Anderson, of Charteris Bay,
spinster; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in
the Third Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Ivor
