Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Land Taken and Vested and Land Resumed and Vested in Blocks XV and XVI Mangapakeha Survey District, Masterton County.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and resumes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the land described in the second, third, and fourth schedules hereto, when respectively closed, taken, and resumed, shall vest in Timui Downs Ltd. a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Timaru subject to mortgages Nos. 649915 and 654909, Wellington Land Registry.
