A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1968.

All those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Rotorua Survey District, described as follows:
