Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XIII, Maungakawa Survey District, Waikato County

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1968.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Road

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 26.5 perches situated in Block XIII, Maungakawa Survey District, being part Allotments 147A, 147B, and 231, Tamahere Parish, and part Lot S.P. 32, D.P. 2814, being part New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22631 (S.O. 43787) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Maungakawa Survey District, described as follows:

0 2 14.5 Part Allotments 147A and 231, Tamahere Parish; coloured sepia, edged sepia, on plan.
0 0 11.7 Allotment 230, Tamahere Parish; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22631 (S.O. 43787) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of September 1968.
