A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of October 1968.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 2 roods 8.6 perches, situated in Block XIV, Tauta Survey District, being part Wairakei Block (D.P. 25307); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22354 (S.O. 44325) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of September 1968.
