ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District containing 4,074 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast, being the south-western corner of Section 2, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District, and proceeding north-westerly generally along the south-western boundary of the said Section 2 and its production across Centennial Marine Drive to and along the north-eastern boundary of part Awapuni No. 2 Block, to and along the north-eastern side of a public road and its production across Awapuni Road to its northern side, easterly across a public road to the southernmost corner of Waiohiharore A. 2A, north-westerly along the north-eastern side of the aforesaid public road to its intersection with the south-eastern side of Lytton Road, south-westerly across the aforesaid public road to the northernmost point of Awapuni 1A 1, north-westerly across Lytton Road to and along the north-eastern boundary of part Awapuni 1L to the right bank of the Waikanae Creek, down the said right bank to the north-western side of Lytton Road, along that roadside to a point in line with the southern side of Scott Street, along a right line to the easternmost corner of Lot 53, D.P. 2121, along the south-eastern boundary of the said lot, the abutment of Kent Street, the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 52, 51, 50, the south-western boundaries of Lots 50, 49, 48, 47, 46, 45, 44, 43, D.P. 2121, Lots 112, 111, 110, 109, 108, D.P. 2068, the abutment of Redmond Street, the south-western boundaries of Lots 106, 105, 104, 103, 102, D.P. 2068, to the south-westernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot, along the western boundaries of Lots 102, 48, D.P. 2068, the abutment of Aerodrome Road, the western boundaries of Lots 5 and 6, D.P. 4112, Lots 3, 4, and 6, D.P. 4291, the abutment of Oates Street, and the south-western boundaries of Lots 38, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, and 20, D.P. 1942, to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence easterly generally 31.9 links along the northern boundary of Lot 20, D.P. 1942, to the southern side of the Gisborne-Makaraka Railway, north-easterly along a right line being the shortest distance across that railway to the southern boundary of part Section 9, Block II, Turanganui Survey District, easterly along that boundary to the abutment of Cochrane Street, northerly along that abutment and easterly along the northern side of that street to the southernmost corner of Section 20, Block II, Turanganui Survey District;
