PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act
1954 and section 16 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary
for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule
hereto, the boundaries of the Borough of Waipukurau, County
of Waipukurau, Ridings of Hatuma and Mount Herbert of
the County of Waipukurau, County of Patangata, Ridings of
Mangatarata and Eparaima of the County of Patangata,
County of Waipawa, and Riding of Takapau of the County
of Waipawa; the boundaries having previously been altered
by Orders in Council made on 26 March 1962 and published
in Gazette, 29 March 1962, No. 20, p. 506, and on 16 August
1967 and published in Gazette, 17 August 1967, No. 50,
