Varying Notice of Declaration of State Highways

PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, Acting with the written approval of the Minister of Works, hereby gives notice that it varies the notice declaring public highways, dated 9 March 1960, published in the Gazette, 24 March 1960, Vol. 1, p. 384, by deleting from Part II the paragraphs stated in the First Schedule hereto and substituting therefor the paragraphs set out in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE PARAGRAPHS deleted from the North Island section of Part II of the Schedule to the said notice.

Mount Roskill—No. 20 State Highway.

Onehunga—No. 20 State Highway.

SECOND SCHEDULE Mount Roskill—No. 20 State Highway. Commencing on Pah Road at its junction with the southern side of Mount Albert Road, and proceeding along Pah Road and Queenstown Road to the intersection of Queenstown Road and Beachcroft Avenue.

Onehunga—No. 20 State Highway. From the intersection of Queenstown Road and Beachcroft Avenue, along Beachcroft Avenue, Gloucester Park Road, and Queen Street to the southern boundary of the borough.

Assignment of Foreshore Licence for a Boat Mooring at Motunau River

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Hardcross Ernest Rudkin on 28 February 1967 to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the Motunau River for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat mooring is hereby assigned to Kevin John Taylor, his administrators, executors, or assigns.
