The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice 1968

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney County) Notice 1968.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The Warrants under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 dated the 9th day of October 1951* and section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 dated the 19th day of June 1967† which relate to Wellsford in Rodney County are hereby revoked.
