Declaring Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block VII, Waiheke Survey District, Waiheke Road District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Inhabitants of the Waiheke Road District from and after the 12th day of February 1968.
