Registration District, in Block VIII, Clifford Bay Survey
District; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary
and its production to the middle line of the Redwood Pass
Road; thence south-westerly along that middle line to the
intersection with the middle line of the unformed legal road
forming the south-west boundary of Section 29, Wakefield
Downs Registration District; thence north-westerly along the
middle line of the said unformed road and the south-west
boundary of part Lot 8, D.P. 620, and its productions across
the South Island Main Trunk Railway and the south-west
boundary of part Section 2, Block V, Clifford Bay Survey
District, and its production across State Highway No. 1 to
the south-east boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 1688; thence north-
easterly along a right line to and along the south-east
boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 953, and north-westerly along

mile from Trig. Station BW; thence generally south-westerly
along the south-eastern watershed of the Wairau River,
through Trig. Station F, to Mount Tarndale in Block XVI,
Rainbow Survey District; thence generally westerly along
the southern watershed of the said Wairau River, through
Mount Balaclava and Island Pass to Mount Maling in Block
XIII, Rainbow Survey District; thence north-westerly along
the watershed between the Wairau and Clarence Rivers to
the north-western boundary of the Tarndale Run in Block
IV, Maling Survey District; thence south-westerly along the
said boundary and its production to the eastern shore of Lake
Tennyson; thence generally southerly along the said eastern
shore to the middle of the Clarence River; thence generally
southerly and north-easterly down the middle of the Clarence
River to a point in Block XI, Tone Survey District, in line
with the western boundary of part Run 121 (being the left
bank of the Red Hill Stream); thence generally northerly to

to the easternmost corner of that run; thence north-easterly

VIII, Tapuaenuku Survey District, and part Section 1, Block
VI, Whernside Survey District; thence generally easterly along
the northern boundary of part Section 1, Block VI, aforesaid,
and continuing easterly to and along the northern boundaries

Croisilles - French Pass Riding
ALL those areas of land above mean high-water mark in the
Marlborough and Nelson Land Districts bounded by a line
commencing at Pukerau Point in Block IV, Whangamoa Sur-
vey District; thence proceeding due north along a right line
to the parallel of latitude 40° 30' south; thence due east along
that parallel of latitude to its intersection with meridian of
longitude 174° 30' east; thence along a bearing of 222° to a
point in Block XXVI, Gore Survey District, approximately 2
miles north-east of Harding Point; thence south-westerly
generally along the middle of the Pelorus Sound to a point
due east of Black Point (Whata-aruhe), in Block V, Link-
water Survey District; thence westerly along a right line to
Black Point; thence north-westerly generally along the summit
of the northern watershed of the Kaiuma Stream and the
summit of the Opouri Range to Trig. Station B (Editor Hill)
in Block VI, Tennyson Survey District; thence westerly gener-
ally along the summit of the northern watersheds of the
Tunakino and Ronga Rivers to the summit of the range be-
tween North Castor Peak and South Castor Peak; thence
northerly along the said summit to North Castor Peak, in
Block VIII, Whangamoa Survey District; thence northerly
along a right line to Pukerau Point, the point of commence-
ment.
Kenepuru Riding
ALL those areas of land above mean high-water mark in the
Marlborough Land District bounded by a line commencing
at a point on the middle of Pelorus Sound due east of Black
Point (Whata-aruhe), in Block V, Linkwater Survey District;
thence proceeding north-easterly along the middle of the
Pelorus Sound and passing to the west of the Chetwode
Islands to a point 2 miles north-east of Harding Point; thence
along a bearing of approximately 42° to the intersection of
the parallel of latitude 40° 30' south with the meridian of
longitude 174° 30' east; thence due south along that meridian
to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 40° 04' south;
thence due west along that parallel to a point in Queen
Charlotte Sound due north of Motuara Island; thence south-
westerly generally along the Queen Charlotte Sound, passing
to the west of Motuara, Long, and Blumine Islands, to
Dieffenbach Point; thence westerly generally along the mean
high-water mark of the Queen Charlotte Sound to Karaka
Point in Block VII, Arapawa Survey District; thence generally
westerly along the middle of Queen Charlotte Sound to a
point due south of a point on the mean high-water mark of
the northern shore of the said sound on the production of a
right line joining the south-east corner of Lot 4, D.P. 1760,
and the north-west corner of part Section 21, Pelorus Sound
Registration District, in Block VI, Linkwater Survey District;
thence northerly to that point and continuing northerly along
the said right line to the north-western corner of the said part
Section 21; thence continuing northerly along the production
of the western boundary of the said part Section 21 to the
southern shore of Mahau Sound; thence along the middle of
Mahau Sound to the point of commencement.
Pelorus Riding
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District bounded by
a line commencing at the summit of the range between North
Castor and South Castor Peaks in Block IV, Tennyson Survey
District, and proceeding easterly generally along the summit
of the northern watershed of the Ronga and Tunakino River
to Trig. Station B (Editor Hill) in Block VI, Tennyson Survey
District; thence south-easterly generally along the summit of
the Opouri Range and the summit of the northern watershed
of the Kaiuma Stream to Black Point (Whata-aruhe) in Block
V, Linkwater Survey District; thence easterly along Mahau
Sound to a point in line with the western boundary of part
Section 21, Pelorus Sound Registration District, in Block VI,
