ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 15 of the Broadcasting Act 1961, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement (right of way) is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes from and after the 30th day of September 1968 over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation the full and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity to lay, construct, reconstruct, inspect, repair, renew, and maintain a roadway along and across the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the full free right and liberty for the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation, its employees, contractors, workmen, tradesmen, servants, agents, visitors, and licensees, at all times, by day or night, with or without vehicles, to go, pass, repass, and drive vehicles along, over, upon, and through the land described in the said First Schedule, such easement to be forever appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 20th day of November 1951, and published in Gazette, 29 November 1951, Vol. III, p. 1757, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
