CORRIGENDUM

In the notice dated the 23rd day of May 1968 and published in Gazette, 27 June 1968, No. 41, p. 1089, declaring land taken for road in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga County, for the description of the third area of the Schedule thereto, which reads “0 acres 0 roods 19.1 perches”, read “0 acres 1 rood 19.1 perches”, which last-mentioned description appears in the notice signed by the Minister of Works.

Land Held for Better Utilisation and State Housing Purposes Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in the City of Hamilton

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road from and after the 30th day of September 1968.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District, City of Hamilton, described as follows:

3 0 31.4 Part Allotments 24 and 25, Te Rapa Parish; coloured sepia on plan.
0 1 23.7 Part Lot 3, D.P. S. 355; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21791 (S.O. 44086) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of August 1968.

A PROCLAMATION

Whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for a rubbish dump and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whakatane by Proclamation dated the 10th day of March 1948, and published in Gazette, 11 March 1948, Vol. I, p. 263: now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart, as from the 30th day of September 1968, for the proper development or use of the land pursuant to subsection (1) of section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and in accordance with the operative district scheme of the Borough of Whakatane.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of September 1968.

FIRST SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 11 perches situated in Block XVI, Ngaruroro Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 3273, being part Block 84, Maraekakaho Crown Grant District; coloured sepia on plan.
