Revocation of Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for
the Time Being Having the Administration of the Tourist
and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to Control and Manage
Part of a Reserve and Declaration that the Said Reserve
Shall no Longer be Subject to the Provisions of the Said
Act

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Minister of
the Crown for the time being having the administration
of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to control
and manage that part of the reserve for Public Health and
Recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto and
further declares that the said reserve shall no longer be subject
to the provisions of the last mentioned Act.

Board, on 20 October 1966, resolved that-
