Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the Time
Being Having the Administration of the Forests Act
1949 to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration
That the Said Reserve Shall be Subject to the Provisions
of the Said Act.

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of the Crown for
the time being having the administration of the Forests Act
1949 to control and manage the reserve described in the
Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the Reserves
and Domains Act 1953, as a reserve for recreation purposes;
and, further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject
to the provisions of the Forests Act 1949.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—AMURI COUNTY
RESERVES 3661 and 3802, situated in Blocks I and II, Lyndon
Survey District: area, 27 acres 2 roods 23 perches, more or
less. (S.O. Plans 675L and 677L.)

Appointment of Member of Te Kauwhata Domain Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the

Matthew Steven Francis Ferega, resigned.

Reservation of Land and Appointment to Control and Manage

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Appointment of
Ship Cove and Queen Charlotte Sound Reserves Board to
Control and Manage the Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for sounds foreshore
purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes, and, further,
appoints the Ship Cove and Queen Charlotte Sound Reserves
Board to control and manage the said reserve for recreation
purposes until the 9th day of August 1973.

Sounds Foreshore Reserve fronting Section 7, Block VII,
Gore Survey District: area, 1 rood 3 perches, more or less.
