PURSUANT to section 76 of the Electric Power Board Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the purchase by the Te Awamutu Electric Power Board from the New Zealand Electricity Department of the electric works described in the Schedule hereto for the sum of $43,140.
SCHEDULE
Ten decimal eighty four miles of transmission line between pole No. 290 and Te Awamutu substation of the Hamilton-Te Awamutu 50,000 volt transmission line, and 12.8 miles of transmission line between Te Awamutu substation and pole 120 of the Te Awamutu-Whangamata 30,000 volt transmission line and the yard, buildings, and equipment of the Te Awamutu 50kV Substation of the New Zealand Electricity Department.

Title—This order may be cited as the Manawatu Savings Bank Order 1963, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Manawatu Savings Bank Order 1963* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

Investments—Clause 11 of the principal order (as substituted by clause 2 of the Manawatu Savings Bank Order 1963 Amendment No. 1, and as amended by section 7 of the Decimal Currency Act 1964) is hereby further amended as follows:
(a) By omitting from paragraph (a) of subclause (1) the expression “90 per cent” and substituting the expression “70 per cent”;
(b) By omitting from paragraph (b) of subclause (1) the expression “$1,800,000” and substituting the expression “$1,400,000”.
