NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition for the winding up
of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was
on the 9th day of September 1968, presented to the said
Supreme Court by DRURY MOTORS LTD. (in receivership), of
Auckland, motor engineers, AND that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on
the 27th day of September 1968, at 10 o'clock in the fore-
noon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company
desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the
said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person
or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or
contributory of the said company requiring a copy on pay-
ment of the regulation charge for the same.

DUNCAN AND GASH TRANSPORT LTD.

NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of Duncan and Gash Transport Ltd., a duly incorporated
company having its registered office in the Borough of Glen
Eden and formerly carrying on business as general carriers,
notice is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court
No. M. 518/68

of New Zealand, dated the 12th day of August 1968 con-
firming the reduction of the share capital in the above-
named company from $6,000 to $600 and the minute approved
by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the com-
pany as altered the several particulars required by the above-
mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
at Wellington on the 3rd day of September 1968. The said
minute is in the words and figures following:

"The capital of Duncan and Gash Transport Limited is
$600 divided into 3,000 ordinary shares of twenty (20) cents
each having been reduced from $6,000 divided into 3,000
ordinary shares of $2 each fully paid."

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby
given that the Matamata County Council proposes, under
the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to take the land
described in the Schedule hereto for road. And notice is
hereby further given that plans showing the land proposed
to be taken are deposited in the public office of the clerk of
the above Council, situated at Tirau, and are open for
inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary
office hours. Every person affected who wishes to make
any objection to the taking of the said land (not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation) must
set forth his objection in writing and send the same not
later than 18th day of October 1968 to the County Clerk,
Tirau. If any such objection is made a public hearing of
the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise
requires, and each will be advised of the time and place
of the hearing.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Public notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council
proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the con-
struction of a public road for which purpose the land described
in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council
under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928. A plan
of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to
public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street,
Te Awamutu.

Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth in
writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution
of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and
to send such written objection to the Waipa County Council
within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A
public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.
