Revocation of Appointment of the Auckland Play Centres Association Incorporated and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Auckland Play Centres Association Incorporated, as published in Gazette, 16 June 1966, Vol II, p. 956, and appoints the East Coast Poverty Bay Play Centres Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for education (preschool) purposes.

Reducing Number of Members on the East Waikato Pest Destruction Board (Notice No. Ag. 10295)

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Minister of Agriculture hereby notifies that he has received advice that the East Waikato Pest Destruction Board, on 19 August 1968, resolved that—

“The East Waikato Pest Destruction Board has by resolution decided that as from the Board elections in October 1968 the number of members on the Board be reduced from eight to seven”.
