that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
16th day of September 1968.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur
Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or
interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held
from the Auckland Harbour Board by Alfa Investments Ltd.
under and by virtue of lease No. 20399, North Auckland
Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development and
redevelopment work referred to in the Auckland Harbour
Board Central Area Properties Redevelopment Act 1965, and
shall vest in the Auckland Harbour Board, as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of
September 1968.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 13.3 perches situated in
Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland,

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being
an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a
site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
