CORRIGENDUM

In the notice No. Ag. 10272, published in the Gazette of 1 August 1968, on p. 1285, appointing a member of the Veterinary Services Council, delete the reference to the empowering statute “section 2 of the Veterinary Services Council Amendment Act 1959” and substitute “section 3 of the Veterinary Services Act 1946”.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of September 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 15 acres 1 rood 32.3 perches situated in the Borough of Waitara, Taranaki R.D., being part Lots 3A, 3B, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and Lots 10 to 16 (inclusive) and Lot 20, Manukorihi Block, Waitara East District.
