Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the Time
Being Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health
Resorts Control Act 1908 to Control and Manage a Reserve,
and Declaration That the said Reserve Shall be Subject to
the Provisions of the Said Act

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of the Crown for the
time being having the administration of the Tourist and
Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to control and manage the
reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions
of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, as a reserve
for scenic purposes; and, further, declares that the said reserve
shall be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health
Resorts Control Act 1908.

Appointment of Additional Member of Carters Beach Domain
Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby increases the total number of
members of the Carters Beach Domain Board, Nelson Land
District, Buller County, from eight to nine, and appoints the
member of the Buller County Council representing the
Whareatea South Riding, ex officio, as the additional member
of the Board.
