the watershed between Little Deepdale Creek and the Deepdale
River; thence north-easterly along the aforesaid watershed to
a point due south of the junction of the Eight Mile Creek
with the Buller River; thence due north along a right line to
that junction; thence northerly generally along a leading spur
on the western side of the aforesaid Eight Mile Creek to Bald
Hill; thence generally north-easterly along the watershed between the Newton, the Matiri and the Mokihinui Rivers, passing through Mount Montgomery and Nugget Knob to the Wangapeka Saddle; thence generally north-easterly, northerly, and again north-easterly along the Arthur Range through Mounts Luna and Gomorrah and Baton Saddle to Mount Arthur; thence generally north-westerly along the summit of Peel Range, passing through Gordons Pyramid, Trig, Station H Tableland, Trig. Station C Balloon Hill, Mount Peel, Mount Ranolf, Mount Cobb and Trig. Station B Aorere Peak to Mount Domett; thence generally north-westerly along the summit of the north-eastern watershed of the Heaphy River, through Tubman Hill and Mount Teddy to a point due south of the source of the Kahurangi River; thence due north to the source of the said river; thence down the middle of the Kahurangi River to the point of commencement.

Buller Milk District

ALL that area in the Nelson and Westland Land Districts, comprising the Borough of Westport and part of the County of Buller, bounded by a line commencing in the middle of the mouth of the Kahurangi River in Block VI, Kahurangi S.D., and proceeding generally south-westerly along the mean high-water mark of the Tasman Sea to the northern boundary of Section 22, Block IX, Brighton S.D.; thence easterly along the northern boundary of that section, a right line across No. 6 State Highway and along the northern and eastern boundaries of Section 3, Block IX aforesaid, and the production of the last boundary to the middle of Bullock Creek; thence up the middle of that Creek to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block IX, aforesaid; thence to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Porarari River; thence down the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of Ryall Road; thence to and along the middle of that road and its production to the middle of the Punakaiki River; thence up the middle of that river to its source and along a right line to the summit of the Paparoa Range; thence generally north-easterly along the summit of that range to Mount Faraday in Block VIII, Brighton S.D., and along the summit of a leading ridge to Trig. Station BB, Berlins Bluff in Block VIII, Inangahua S.D.; thence along a leading ridge to the confluence of the Inangahua and Buller Rivers; thence along a right line to the watershed of the Little Deepdale Creek and the Deepdale River at its intersection with the summit of the Brunner Range being the boundary of the Nelson Milk District hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Reefton Milk District

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District comprising part of the County of Inangahua, bounded by a line commencing at Mount Faraday in Block VIII, Brighton S.D., and proceeding south-easterly along a right line to the source of Morison Creek; thence down the middle of that creek and the Otututu River to the northern boundary of Block I, Mawheraiti S.D.; thence generally easterly along the northern boundaries of Blocks I, II, and III, Mawheraiti S.D., to the middle of the Stoney Creek; thence south-easterly down the middle of that creek to its intersection with the western boundary of Block IV, Mawheraiti S.D.; thence southerly along that boundary, easterly along the northern boundary of Block VIII, Mawheraiti S.D., and Block V, Waitahu S.D., and southerly along the western boundaries of Blocks VI, X, and XIV, Waitahu S.D., and Block II, Pohaturoa S.D., to the middle of the Grey River; thence generally easterly up the middle of that river to its confluence with the Snow Creek in Block III, Pohaturoa S.D.; thence north-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station Z, Mount Haast; thence generally south-easterly along the summit of the watershed between the Maruia and the Grey Rivers passing through Trig. Station A, Mount Alexander, and Trig. Station C, to the summit of the Main Divide; thence generally north-easterly along the summit of that divide and the Spencer Mountains to its junction with the watershed between Glenroy and the Maruia Rivers, being the northern boundary of Lewis Pass Scenic Reserve, and being the boundary of the Nelson Milk District as hereinbefore described; thence generally north-westerly along that boundary and south-westerly along the boundaries of the Buller Milk District as hereinbefore described to Mount Faraday, the point of commencement.

Marlborough Milk District

ALL that area in the Marlborough and Nelson Land Districts comprising the Boroughs of Blenheim and Picton and the Counties of Marlborough and Awatere, bounded by a line commencing at Pukerau Point in Block IV, Whangamoa S.D., and proceeding generally south-westerly along the boundary of the Nelson Milk District as hereinbefore described to Belvedere Peak in Block IX, Rainbow S.D.; thence generally southerly along the summit of the St. Arnaud Range through Mount Dora, Mount Guinevere, to Mount Maling in Block XIII, Rainbow S.D.; thence north-westerly along the watershed between the Wairau and Clarence Rivers to the north-western boundary of the Tarndale Run in Block IV, Maling S.D.; thence south-westerly along the said boundary and its production to the eastern shore of Lake Tennyson; thence generally southerly along the said eastern shore to the middle of the Clarence River; thence generally southerly and north-easterly down the middle of the Clarence River to a point in Block XI, Tone S.D., in line with the western boundary of Part Run 121 (being the left bank of the Red Hill Stream); thence generally northerly to and along the said western boundary to the summit of the watershed between the Clarence and Awatere Rivers; thence generally north-easterly along the said watershed to Trig. Station F in Block VII, Tapuaenuku S.D.; thence generally northerly, easterly, and south-easterly along the boundaries of Run 121A to the easternmost corner of that run; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of part Section 1, Block VIII, Tapuaenuku S.D., and part Section 1, Block VI, Whernside S.D.; thence generally easterly along the northern boundary of part Section 1, Block VI aforesaid, and continuing easterly to and along the northern boundaries of part Section 1 and Section 9, Block VII, Whernside S.D., Section 90, Mead Hill Run, Clarence District, and the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 10, Block III, Whernside S.D., to a point due north of the south-western corner of part Lot 6, D.P. 346; thence due south to that corner; thence north-easterly and easterly along the north-western and northern boundaries of Section 5, Block III, Whernside S.D., to the western boundary of Section 4, Block III aforesaid; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of Section 4, Block III, Section 4, Block IV, and Section 4, Block IX, all of Whernside S.D., and easterly along the southern boundary of the said Section 4, Block IX, to the south-eastern corner of that section; thence generally easterly along the southern boundary of Section 13, Blocks IX and X, Whernside S.D., to the right bank of Woodside Creek and along that bank to the north-western boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 1775; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of the said lot and of part Lot 2, D.P. 1775, to the western corner of the said part Lot 2; thence generally southerly along the western boundary of the said part Lot 2 to the north-western side of No. 1 State Highway, in Block X, Whernside S.D.; thence south-westerly along the north-western side of the said highway to a point due west of the southernmost corner of part Section 2, Block X aforesaid; thence due east to the mean high-water mark of the sea and generally northerly and easterly along that high-water mark following the shores of the sounds to the point of commencement but including the Islands of Arapawa, D'Urville, and all other adjacent islands in the Marlborough County.

Kaikoura Milk District

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District comprising the County of Kaikoura, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the Pacific Ocean, due west of the southernmost corner of part Section 2, Block X, Whernside S.D., and proceeding generally south-westerly along that mean high-water mark to the middle of the mouth of the Conway River, in Block XXI, Hundalee S.D.; thence generally north-westerly up the middle of that river to its source, in Block XVI, Acheron S.D.; thence along a right line to Trig. Station Mount Ross in Block X, Acheron S.D.; thence due east to the middle of the Clarence River, being the boundary of the Marlborough Milk District, as hereinbefore described; thence generally north-easterly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Westland Milk District

ALL that area in the Westland, Canterbury, and Nelson Land Districts, comprising the Boroughs of Greymouth, Runanga, Brunner, Kumara, Hokitika, and Ross, the Counties of Grey and Westland and part of the Counties of Inangahua, Buller, and Malvern, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the mean high-water mark of the Tasman Sea with the northern boundary of Section 22, Block IX, Brighton S.D., being a point on the boundary of the Buller Milk District as hereinbefore described; thence generally easterly along that boundary and the boundary of the Reefton Milk District as hereinbefore described to the summit of the Main Divide; thence generally south-westerly along that divide to Goat Pass in Block VII, Bealey S.D.; thence generally southerly to and down the middle of the Mingha River to the middle of the Waimakariri River; thence north-westerly up the middle of that river and the Crow River to its source; thence northerly along a right line to Mount Rolleston, in Block V, Bealey S.D., on the Main Divide; thence generally south-westerly along the Main Divide of the Southern Alps to Mount Aspiring in Block II, Mount Aspiring S.D.; thence north-westerly along a right line to the middle of the mouth of the Awarua River and generally north-easterly along the mean high-water mark of the Tasman Sea to the point of commencement.

North Canterbury Milk District
