CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of April 1968.
3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6).

   The Traffic (Waihi Borough) Notice 1968
   PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
   NOTICE
4. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waihi Borough) Notice 1968.
5. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
6. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed-limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
7. So much of the warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 13th day of May 1964†, as relates to the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) in Waihi Borough is hereby revoked.
