WHANGAREI

Port Whangarei Wharf, having its landward limit at the expansion joint above beam No. 1.

Town Wharf, abutting the Hataa River, of length 480 ft and breadth 52 ft.

Marsden Point Wharf, having its landward limit at the shore line of the access bridge.

Two Tanker Jetties situated at Marsden Point, having their landward limit at the gate at the jetty entrance.

Portland Wharf, excluding the bulk cement wharf and walkway thereto, having its landward limit at the junction of the embankment and the timber jetty.

Appointment of Customs Examining Places in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 32 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller of Customs hereby appoints the premises described in the Schedule hereto to be places for the examination by the Customs of goods subject to the control of the Customs, and hereby revokes all existing appointments of places throughout New Zealand as examining places for the purposes of that Act.
