Establishment of Family Homes
Pursuant to section 7 of the Child Welfare Act 1925, the Minister of Education hereby notifies that the premises situated as listed in the Schedule below are established as institutions within the meaning of the said Act and shall be known by the name shown in the Schedule.

Nelson Harbour Board and Waimea County Council Transfer of Motueka Harbour Functions and Alteration of Boundaries
Pursuant to section 36 of the Local Government Commission Act 1961 and section 48 of the Local Government Commission Act 1967 it is hereby notified that the Local Government Appeal Authority has fixed 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 5 March 1968, as the time, and the Council Chambers, Nelson City Council, Trafalgar Square, Nelson, as the place, for the hearing of the appeals by the Nelson Harbour Board and the Nelson City Council against the final scheme of the Local Government Commission, dated 26 September 1967, providing, inter alia, for the name of the Nelson Harbour Board to be changed to the Tasman Bay Harbour Board, the Waimea County Council to cease to exercise the powers and functions of a harbour board within Motueka Harbour, the inclusion within Nelson Harbour District of the Borough of Motueka and part of the Waimea Division of Waimea County not already in such harbour district and the representation on the Board.

Ruatoki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1
Whereas by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and it is desired to vary the same.
Now therefore pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Ruatoki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours for Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises: Masterton Licensing Trust
Pursuant to subsection 10 of section 34B of the Licensing Trusts' Act 1949, as inserted by section 3 (1) of the Licensing Trusts' Amendment Act 1967, I, Eric Alderson Missen, Acting Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Masterton Licensing Trust at a special meeting on 12 January 1968 passed the following resolution:
"That the Masterton Licensing Trust being satisfied that it is in the public interest to do so and desiring to fix hours other than the usual hours for the opening and closing of the premises known as the North End Bottle Store, situated at Number 47 Queen Street, Masterton, pursuant to the provisions of section 34B of the Masterton Licensing Trust Act 1947, hereby resolves that the aforesaid premises shall open at the hour of 8 a.m. and close at the hour of 6 p.m. for the sale of liquor to the public on any day other than a day on which the said premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor."
